Worden, who grew up in Fort Worth, was most recently with Major League Soccer's Real Salt Lake as its Elite Talent Director. Before this role with Real Salt Lake, Worden was the U17 Real Salt Lake Academy Head Coach and Real Monarchs Assistant Coach. Worden just completed the highly regarded and rigorous Elite Formation Coaching License program that is in partnership with the French Football Federation.
Locally, Worden played collegiately at the University of Dallas from 1999-2003 and in 2019 he was named to the University of Dallas Men's Soccer Hall of Fame. He got his first stint in coaching at the University of Texas at Dallas as the men's assistant coach from 2005-2007 before coaching at Saint Mary's College (2007-2010) Dominican University (2011-2012), and UC Riverside.

Jay grew up in North London and played college soccer at the University of Derby in the UK. Whilst studying there he began taking his coaching badges as a 19 year old and worked part time at Derby county’s academy in their schools program and U10 program.
After continuing his coaching journey in the UK, he came out to the US in 2006 and began working for Seacoast United Maine as their director of youth programming.
He moved to Dallas in 2010 and worked in the DA program for Andromeda SC with their U18’s and U16’s. After 4 years in the program, he moved to FC Dallas and worked as the lead coach for the U15’s, U14’s and U13’s ECNL/premier groups.
Jay is a UEFA and USSF qualified coach and also has been a technical director locally here in Dallas.

Cassar led Real Salt Lake to the playoffs in 2014, and a quarterfinals and semifinalist appearance in the CONCACAF Champions Leagues and US Open Cup in 2015, respectively. Prior to being named the head coach of Real Salt Lake, Cassar served as an assistant coach with FC Dallas in 2007 and with Real Salt Lake from 2007-2013, winning the MLS Cup in 2009. Cassar was a member of U.S Soccer's U-23 Men's National Team coaching staff during the 2022 CONCACAF Men's Olympic Qualifying Championship.
Cassar also played professionally for the Dallas Burn, Miami Fusion, Bolton Wanderers, Atlanta Silverbacks, Metrostars, FC Dallas and Charlotte Eagles.

Dominic grew up in Dallas and attended the University of Mobile. He was selected by the Columbus Crew in the 5th round of the 2000 MLS SuperDraft. Schell also saw time with the Nashville Metros, El Paso Patriots, DFW Tornados, and Texas Outlaws. In 2006, Schell played for the amateur Dallas Roma FC men's team which upset Chivas USA in the Open Cup and went on the play LA Galaxy in the 3rd round.

Davidson grew up in Allen and attended Embry Riddle Aeronautical University where he played collegiate soccer for 4 years obtaining multiple NAIA accolades including All-Conference Forward for 3 years in a row, and netting over 91 goals across his tenure. Since then, Davidson has spent the last 10 years coaching youth soccer in North Texas and in 2019 was named the Academy Director for the Texas Spurs.
